This is a training program designed around the use of odd objects such as sandbags, tires, sledgehammers, sleds and body weight training.
If you want to build muscle, burn fat, and become more agile and athletic then this is the perfect program for you!
This is not your run of the mill lifting program where you're going to spend hours in the gym and on the treadmill but get nowhere. Each sessions combines weight lifting with resisted cardio to get the maximal effect in as little time as possible.
At the MAXIMUM each class will run for one hour which includes the warm up and the cool down.
Not only is this program incredibly effective at getting results for your average man or woman, it can build speed, quickness, and explosiveness in athletes for nearly any sport.
